How do I purchase a presentation, how long will it take to access?
When you order an information and training presentation, your order will be processed via secure PayPal. PayPal will verify that the ordering process has been successfully completed. You will then receive an order acknowledgement via email, along with a security PIN number and a link to a webpage to allow you to access the informational presentation ordered. You will be able to access and start to use the presentation within a few minutes of ordering. Top
How often can I use the informational presentation?
You have unlimited access to the presentation for 365 days (12 months) after the security PIN number is issued to you. If you wish to continue to use for more then the 365 days, you will need to place a subsequent order, or alternatively contact us and we can provide longer access periods by agreement.Top
How is the information structured within the presentation?
At the start of each presentation is an “contents index”. Each topic detailed within the “index” is a stand alone module. You can therefore go straight to individual modules of information. This is particularly useful if you want to step through specific topics rather than the full presentation. Top

There is overlap of information, as certain topics, e.g. risk management will appear in validation, quality assurance, etc., however, the level of detail varies depending on the particular presentation. By reviewing the contents pages, you will obtain a good insight into the particular areas of focus for each presentation.Top

Do I need a PayPal account to order a presentation?
No, you do not need a PayPal account to order a presentation. If you already have a PayPal account you can use. Equally, PayPal will accept all the major credit or debit cards.Top
How secure are my personal and financial details if I decide to place an order?
When you decide to order a presentation, you will leave the PresentationEze website and be directed towards Paypal. All ordering details, credit or debit card information, email address, etc., will be provided to Paypal. Upon completion of the ordering process, PresentationEze will be notified by PayPay that an order has been successfully placed, and your contact details will be provided to PresentationEze, who will then email you with an access PIN number and webpage address to allow you to access the information and training presentation.Top
