I’ve placed an order. What happens next?

After ordering you will receive an order acknowledgement via email, along with a unique security PIN CODE and a link to a webpage URL to allow you full access to the information you need. This process normally takes a few minutes to an hour, however may take up to 24 hours. Top

How frequently and for how long can I access the information?

You have unlimited access over a period of one year from the date you first start to use .Top

How is the information structured? Can I edit the information?

At the start of each product is an “index” of contents. Each topic detailed within the “index” is a stand alone module. You can therefore go straight to the individual modules of information which are of particular interest to you. You will not be able to edit or modify the information provided. Top

Can I use in my own training courses?

Can I view just specific topics?

Yes, you can view and review just the specific pages or specific topics you want to see. Top
If I order multiple products, will there be overlap of information?

There is overlap of information, as certain topics, e.g. risk management will appear in validation, quality assurance, etc., however, the level of detail varies depending on the particular product. By reviewing the contents pages, you will obtain a good insight into the particular depth of focus.Top

Can I share the information with my work peers?

Yes, you can share with your work peers, within your own work facility.Top
Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?

No, you do not need a PayPal account to order. If you already have a PayPal account you can use. Equally, PayPal will accept all the major credit or debit cards.Top

How secure are my personal and financial details if I decide to place an order?

When you decide to order, you will leave the PresentationEze website and be directed to Paypal. All ordering details, credit or debit card information, email address, etc., will be provided to Paypal. Upon completion of the ordering process, PresentationEze will be notified by PayPay that an order has been successfully placed, and your contact details only, (not financial details) will be provided to PresentationEze, who will then email you an access PIN CODE and webpage URL address.Top

Who are PayPal? What level of security do they provide? How confidential is my personal information?

PayPal are one of the largest internet payment companies in the world. The PayPal site is highly secure. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to PayPal. Before you even start to use the PayPal site, the PayPal server checks that you’re using an approved browser. PayPal is committed to protecting the privacy of its users.Top

How are credit and debit cards processed?

When ordering via Paypal, you can use either standard credit, or debit cards, or a PayPal account if you have one.Top

Are there any extra credit, debit card or other fees?

No. The price quoted, is the full cost to you.Top

What if I want a specific type of product created?

Can I distribute the information to other work facilities?

If related organizations wish to view the information, please order the necessary number of products, each order will receive a unique security PIN CODE, which can then be issued to peer organizations for their own use.Top
